Title: Sales Associate, Premium Hospitality
Department: Premium Hospitality
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with Premium Hospitality clients
- Responsible for new business and revenue generation
- Prospecting and qualifying all potential sales opportunities
- Managing all aspects of account relationships of newly acquired Premium Hospitality accounts
Qualifications and experience:
- 4 year college degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years direct sales and / or service experience
- Prior experience within service or sports industry highly desired
- Detail oriented, ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Exceptional telephone presence and client service skills
- Ability to handle heavy phone volume, both inbound and outbound
- Must possess strong problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt and handle changes in a fast pace environment
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the department
- Possess independent computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and willing to learn more
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary

- Provide support to sales account executives in servicing clients, managing available inventory, and executing VIP game day experience for all clients
